Sachin Gandhi is the Co-founder, CEO and on the Board of Directors of Retym. Sachin is experienced with founding start-ups from concept through initial funding to execution and acquisition and has track record for bringing first generation products from idea to execution to product launch.

Prior to founding Retym, Sachin was Co-founder and COO of dryv.io which got acquired by Synaptics in 2019. Prior to dryv.io, Sachin was Co-founder and COO of Xpliant which got acquired by Cavium in 2014. At Xpliant, Sachin managed finances, investor relationship, expenses, and investment flow. He was responsible for building an A-class team to deliver and execute the product stemming all the way from initial implementation to acquisition and beyond. As director of Marketing at Cavium, Sachin ran all marketing efforts and was able to launch the Xpliant product and secure OEM wins. Sachin also filled multiple roles at Marvell and Cisco, some in engineering and others in marketing.

Sachin has a Master of Engineering degree from the University of South Florida and abachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He holds 2 US and international patents
